Hockey Off-Season Strength Program
Hockey players are bigger, faster, and stronger than they have ever been. The Summer is the best time for you to take your strength and performance to the next level.
The off-season strength program is 12 weeks of training broken down into three phases: General Physical Prep- This will build your foundation
Strength & Power- This will increase your max force output and help build muscle
Performance Prep-This final phase will make sure you are firing on all cylinders when the season starts
You will receive an interactive pdf that is easy to read follow. It will feature all of the training days and workouts, with warm ups, speed and plyos, and the lifts. Every exercise is linked to a video demonstration. This has everything you need to take charge of your performance this Summer.
